RENTAL CONDITIONS
Article 1- DRIVER CERTIFICATE AND RENTAL AGE LIMIT
People who are 21 years of age or older with a driving license valid for at least 2 years can rent a car.
Article 2- CAR SPECIFICATIONS
Vehicle type, model, model year, engine displacement and luggage capacity may vary in terms of vehicle and equipment characteristics shown in the website. If the rented vehicle is not available, 5S Rental can give a higher group of vehicles.
Article 3- SERVICES INCLUDED AND NON- INCLUDED IN THE PRICES
Rates of car insurance deductible of Casco, 18% Theft Assurance Value Added Tax is included . Prices include Fuel, Personal Accident Insurance, Precautionary Liability Insurance, One-Way Fee, Delivery / Pick Up Fee, Baby Seat Fee, Navigation Device, Additional Driver, HGS Pass and Service Fee, Exceeding Fee for km, Exemption for Full Damage Insurance fee is calculated separately. No full storage requirement. The driver returns the vehicle tank to the level it was delivered to. On vehicles returned with missing fuel, the difference in fuel is charged together with the service charge.
Article 4- ONE WAY RENTAL
One-way fee applies if the vehicle is returned in another city. One way fare varies according to demand and km and must be paid before delivery of the vehicle , not included in the price .
Article 5- ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
The vehicle can be used by the person (s) other than the lessor; it is possible by showing the Driver's License information of the additional driver (s) on the Lease Agreement. Determining that the vehicle is used for persons other than the persons whose name is written in the Leasing Agreement and / or in case of any accident, all guarantees are considered invalid and the person (s) who are renting and using the vehicle are held separately and jointly responsible. Apart from the original driver, one additional driver can be added to the rental.
Article 6- DELIVERY AND RECEIVING
5S In the cities and towns where the rental offices are located, the vehicles are delivered to and delivered to the customer on condition that they are within the boundaries of the district municipality, for a delivery fee depending on the km. However, delivery and pick-up services to be performed in cities and regions where 5S Rental Office is not available are subject to approval, for a fee. Article 7- PAYMENT AND GUARANTEE
The total amount of the lease is charged in cash at the beginning of the contract with a Visa , Master Card or any other known credit card. Credit cards are not our criterion is any way for the car allocated to you guarantee purposeful authorization is not required. You can make a reservation for free. Car rental amounts are requested at the time you receive the vehicle.
Article 8- TRAFFIC FINES
All responsibility and financial penalty arising from non-compliance with traffic laws belong to the tenant. The time to pass due to the retention of the vehicles by official or local authorities for any reason is accepted within the contract period. Traffic fines are collected from the customer along with a service charge of 25 TL + VAT in addition to the penalty amount. The customer's HGS (or OGS), bridge and highway crossing, etc. expenses are collected from him during the rental period. There is an additional service charge of 25 TL + VAT for the illegal crossings to be made at the bridge and motorway tolls.
Article 9 - EXTRAS
Delivery and return of the vehicle to the address, one-way fees, bridge and highway access systems (HGS or OGS), navigation system, baby seat, additional driver is extra, rent is charged extra. You are not charged for full insurance, full accident insurance .
Article 10- REQUEST FOR CHANGES IN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
The rental price and the booking confirmation given are based on the conditions that were originally available. 5S Rental has the right to offer another vehicle in place of the booked vehicle and to notify the customer in advance of the increase in the price due to this change, in case of changes that may occur in such conditions (vehicle breakdown, damage , maintenance mileage etc.). Likewise, if the price of the other vehicle offered is lower than the vehicle booked, the difference will be returned to the Lessee . 5S rental, renter is not possible to provide an additional tool to completely cancel the reservation and charge all cases the tenant reserves the right to return.
In the event that the tenant returns the vehicle early than the reservation made or cancels the reservation completely, no refund will be made. In case of the tenant postponing the return date and / or time, changing the return station and requesting extra services, this request is priced separately and collected from the Tenant . If the Tenant requests to change the Vehicle and / or rental dates, the reservation has been canceled by the Lessee and no refund will be made or the amount paid shall not be deducted from the next rental.
Article 11- ACCIDENT AND FAULT
In case of any accident, 5S Rental should be contacted immediately and the accident report should be filled with the other driver. If the accident is parked and there is an injury or death, the driver must contact the competent law enforcement agencies. Without an accident report the vehicle insurance will be void. The use of the vehicle under the influence of alcohol and drugs also invalidates the report. For faults, damage and technical service, call 0850 360 0655. Theft insurance that is included in the price does not cover your valuables in the vehicle.
Article 12- SCOPE OF INSURANCE AND CIRCUMSTANCES
The vehicles are insured with Mali Compulsory Liability Insurance ”. This insurance coverage is limited to the limits recorded in the insurance policy to which the vehicle is subject to in the lease period. All kinds of legal liability above this amount (financial, spiritual, physical damage, etc.) belongs to the tenants, to make a payment on the remaining limits in the policy 5S Rent, customer recourse is entitled to.
Price, deductible Damage Insurance is included . If the customer does not want to be liable for the damages outside the scope, he must pay the full accident insurance premium determined according to the vehicle group and indicate that he accepts this request by signing the relevant digit of the contract. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for all damages under this exemption rate.
Damage incurred in the following cases shall not be covered by the insurance:
- Use of the vehicle outside normal operating conditions (bad road conditions, improper fueling, high engine overheating, and other similar conditions),
- If the load carried in the vehicle causes damage or accident,
- In case the accident or theft is not notified to the other contact phones specified in this article or to be given, or the vehicle is left at the accident site, the damage will be excluded from the insurance coverage,
- Damage to be incurred in case the car is used carelessly and without precaution (crossing the red light, exceeding the legal speed limit and similar situations) will be excluded from the insurance coverage,
- Failure to obtain the necessary reports (such as traffic and alcohol reports) from the relevant authorities within 48 hours in case of an accident or theft,
- In case the vehicle is stolen, the original key is not delivered to 5S Rental ,
- 5S Rental despite the end of the lease without the approval of the vehicle is not delivered.
ARTICLE 13- MAIL ORDER AUTHORIZATION
Based on the start and end dates of the contract, the customer who uses the vehicle has been granted an indefinite authorization to be used on the credit card specified in the vehicle delivery form in the following cases.
a - Cost of extra days beyond the expected return date of the contract
b - All traffic fines and highway-bridge escape fines, service charges
c - Damage amounts that are not accepted by the insurance
d - Mileage exceeding fee
