ONE WAY RENTAL

REQUESTS TO CHANGE THE RENTAL AGREEMENT

The rental price and the reservation confirmation given are given according to the conditions that existed at the beginning. . In case of changes that may occur in these conditions (vehicle breakdown, damage, maintenance mileage, etc.), 5s CarRental has the right to offer another vehicle to replace the booked vehicle and to demand the price increase due to this change, by notifying the customer in advance. ACCIDENT AND FAILURE

INSURANCE AND EXCLUSIONS

If the customer does not want to be liable for damages out of the scope, he/she must pay the full accident insurance premium determined depending on the vehicle group and indicate that he/she accepts this request by signing the relevant section of the contract. The damage that will occur in the following cases will be excluded from the insurance coverage:

- Using the vehicle outside of normal usage conditions (bad road conditions, Filling the vehicle with wrong fuel, using the vehicle with high engine temperature and other similar situations),

- The load carried in the vehicle causing damage or accident,

PROTECTION OF CONSUMER RIGHTS
